We're excited to celebrate with you! Here are some pointers to get you oriented in Austin and the Hill Country.
When to arrive to Austin
Make sure you join us for a night out on Thursday night (April 7)!
We suggest anyone coming from out of the country to get here by Wednesday night, so that you're fresh to take advantage of all the plans starting Thursday.
Getting around in Austin
If you're staying in central Austin (as suggested below) you can get everywhere by Lyft or Uber.
You won't need to rent a car (in fact it's probably best if you don't).
We recommend to stay in central Austin around or close to South Congress area. It's walking distance to a lot of fun things, transportation is easy, and a lot of us will be staying there or close by.
AirBnBs and rental apartments are best. We suggest sharing with a few others: it's the most cost effective and fun. If you want to we'll put you in touch with others that want to share.
Available in South Congress (preferred) and East Austin, they offer 10 to 20% off for those staying from Wednesday to Sunday + you can cancel for free until 7 days before
We suggest staying here or in Sonder if you can (South Congress location)
The Ceremony and Reception will be at Casinada, our "tiny-Ranch" 40 minutes outside Austin. It will be mostly outdoors. Gravel and grass will be involved (thick heels recommended! )
Come in cocktail attire. Think a dress for ladies, and a relaxed suit (or blazer combo) for the guys.
Celebrations start at 5PM sharp.
How to get to the Ceremony
Please confirm to us how you're planning to get here, so we can make appropriate arrangements!
By Bus We will be providing a bus for those staying in Austin, departing at 3:45PM from Downtown Austin, and going back to Downtown around 1 AM
By Car Search for "550 Caliche Rd, Wimberley" on Google Maps and follow the directions.
Make sure you arrive from Ranch Market Road 12, and turn into Skyline Dr. Then Turn right onto Caliche Rd and follow it until the end.
There will be some parking available on-site and just outside.
